Make a 3D Paper Garland

I’ve always wanted to make one of these 3D paper garlands (also known as a bauble garland or banner). Lifestyle Crafts just released a bunch of fun new Nesting Dies that I am loving!

The New Release is called “Possibilities”  -appropriately named since there really are so many possibilities.

To make a 3D paper garland like this, all you need is:
– 5 different solid colors of cardstock
– 2 sheets of white cardstock
– string
– an adhesive tape runner
– a bone folder
– the new nesting eyelet circles die set
– the new nesting eyelet squares die set

Step 1: Cut 4 of the same color and shape out using the die size and shape of your choice.

Step 2: Fold each paper shape in half and apply adhesive to the back.

Step 3: Stick the back sides of the folded shapes together lining up with the little eyelet holes. Make sure the string is in the center of the folds in the shape.

Step 4: Repeat rotating the colors and the white and leaving space on the string.

Step 5: There you have it! A fun festive garland to help add color to any space!

Here are all the other fun shapes listed in this new release:

happy shopping!!
