As promised here is one of my favoritey favs and oh so easy recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge.
I like to call it “Freezer Fudge”. It is the perfect treat to keep in your freezer when you need a little su-mm su-mm to get you through the day.
Peanut Butter Fudge
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1 pkg Butterscotch Chips
1 pkg Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 C Butter
1 pkg Mini Marshmallows
Melt all ingredients (except marshmallows) on low heat in a saucepan, stirring often. Add marshmallows. Pour into 8×8 pan and let cool. Can be frozen.
So that is the recipe. Any recipe where you can dump, melt and freeze is my kind of recipe. I thought I would add that I like to add the marshmallows at the end without melting them in too much, although some people prefer to have them completely melted in. So it is up to you. Also I put it directly in the freezer for about an hour then I cut it up, wrap it in tin foil and then put it back in the freezer for easy access.
