One of our favorite songs this time of year is Feliz Navidad, it just makes you happy…and who cares if you have no clue what any of the words are outside of the chorus. Last year we hosted my side of the family for a fun Feliz Navidad party. The kids loved it because we had a piñata, and the adults loved it because we had mexican food for dinner. Mmmm…
We had fried ice cream for dessert, this is a recipe I have shared on NoBiggie already, but the fun part is how I made this dessert look festive for Christmas.
It’s really pretty simple. I just melted white chocolate and added green food coloring. On a piece of parchment paper just use a spoon or tooth pick to make the white chocolate look like holly berry. For the berries I used red M&Ms. Once the white chocolate cools and hardens it will easy lift off and you can store in a plastic baggy until your ready to use it as a festive garnish.
It makes for a fun Christmas dessert.
