Celebrate One Year

I love that first birthday, because there are no expectations yet. Candy, bubbles and balloons are all just icing on the cake (cookie monster CUPcakes to be exact). It was a great night to have a picnic at the park and celebrate our sweet boy’s first year. Thanks to all who joined us… and for all the sweet comments yesterday.

I love it when babies get to just dig in to their first birthday cake. I especially think it's cute when they get the frosting all over the place.

    Looks like so much fun.

I would say that you and my mom should go into business as event planners…both do super-amazing-over-the-top-way-cute things, but my understanding of that whole thing is that the best part is…"I did it all by myself :)". And you should be so proud ;)! I have to figure out something for Ainsleys 4th bday in like 2 weeks. If you get another amazing vision like this one (but in my behalf) please call! love ya!
