It’s interesting to me to see what made the Top 10 searches for Yahoo’s Year in Review.

Here are my top five most searched for blog posts from 2009:

1. Glitter Toes! – for a while my post was ranked #1 on google search. It’s funny, because that was a last minute post… who knew?!
2. Advent Time – ideas I love for your Christmas Advent Calendar
3. How To Post Bigger Pictures In Blogger
4. Gorgonzola Pear Salad with Candied Pecans
5. A Word About Blogging – which needs to be updated… so many things I’d change.

I’d love to know what tops your blog’s list at #1?

I hope you all finish off 2009 with a Bang (pots and pans included)!

Featured Bottom Left

This is a widgeted area which is called Featured Bottom Left. It is using the Genesis - Featured Posts widget to display what you see on the Family Tree child theme demo site. To get started, log into your WordPress dashboard, and then go to the Appearance > Widgets screen. There you can drag the Genesis - Featured Posts widget into the Featured Bottom widget area on the right hand side. To get the image to display, simply upload an image through the media uploader on the edit page screen and publish your page. The Featured Posts widget will know to display the post image as long as you select that option in the widget interface.
