We hit the fair every year, and I love it. Kyle? …not so much (but he plays along).
I always wish that we had more time, I could spend a whole day there. The fair that comes to Utah still has the “Come See the Tiniest Woman in The World” and booths like that. I guess most Fairs have done away with the “come look at the freak show” bit because it’s not so P.C. Which is probably a good idea.
I wish the Utah State Fair had the row of old photo booths like this one.

saturday night when we were looking for something to do, ted said "let's go to the fair!" i looked at him and groaned.

When I left the Indiana State Fair I told Brett, "Why is it that you can spend a fortune at DisneyLand on souvies and such and feel so happy as you leave the park; at the fair you spend about the same amount of money and you leave feeling so robbed..ugh"
