A Week of Quick Tips

I love it when others share little tips and tricks with me, so I thought I would make this a whole week of Quick Tips.

We have one official week left of summer before my daughter starts 1st grade, and I’m sad about it. I was told that feeling sad means that I’m a summer mom and not a back to school mom. If that’s the case, then I’m a “Summer Mom” for sure, I love summer! So to keep summer alive, a few of these Quick tips are very summer-y.

i'm a summer mom. but only because being a 'back to school mom' means that i have to have a lot of structure and order and drive kids to a bunch of different things and basically have my crap together.

    NOT my favorite.

I always love a No Biggie tip! My mouth is watering. I too am a summer mom. Schools in Philly don't start until after Labor Day, so I have a few more weeks thank goodness. Good luck to Avery on her first day of first grade.

Ah… new header, no wonder the page took forever to download! I likey though.

I think I would be a back-to-school mom. Not because I'd want to get rid of my kids (well, I guess I can't say that for sure yet) but just because shopping for school supplies is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE THING TO DO. I get sad every August that I can't do that anymore. Oh well, at least I can still buy the new Fall fashions… 'cause that's my second absolute favorite thing to do!

    Great idea.

I think I'm a little of both moms. I like when summer vacation hits and we can sleep in and have fun, but I also like when they go back to school because it makes me be more organized and get things done.
