I loved seeing what made the list for the 100 Must Try Utah Culinary Creations which is also the current cover of Salt Lake Magazine. I would love to plan a little road trip around Utah sampling it all. It would be like a big kid treasure hunt.
I was happy to see all of these make the list:

It cracked me up to see all of these on the list (sooo Utah):

Some Dude’s Fry Sauce (#24)
Food Storage Meal (#93)
and of course Jello at #1
I do really want to try Tiger’s Blood Rainbow (#6) and the Pink Pizza (#21).

Aaaaa! That picture of the shake is killing me! This is going to sound terrible, but some of my most homesick moments have been over Utah restaurants and food.
Oh so many faves, I know I'll leave something good out. But, here's what I've got:
1. Market Street Clam Chowder
2. La Frontera's homemade french fries
3. Pizza and salad (with that yummy ranch dressing) at the Pie
4. Rolls and Chicken Fried Bison at Maddox
5. Hires Mushroom Big H
That was fun and now I'm hungry!
p.s. you know what I miss – does anyone remember EIBO's at Trolley Square. I miss sitting outside on a summer night eating their clam chowder and salad with blue cheese vinagrette (I hate rent increases!)
Most of the stuff on the first list I love too! I would miss those food items the most if I ever left!

Here are some things in Utah I miss that would have been on my Top 100:
1. Chocolate Aztec Torte at Red Butte Cafe and almost any entree…love amd miss RBC.
2. Smoked Turkey sandwiches on homemade white bread with cranberry mayo in the basement of ZCMI.
3. Schezuan Pasta at American Grill
4. Any soup from the Soup Kitchen with bread sticks
Things in TX that would be on my list and make up for my Utah losses…
1. Chicken Madeira from Cheesecake Factory
2. Chicken Parisean from La Madeleiene
3. Grilled Salmon from Cafe Express
4. BBQ from Goode Co Barbeque
5. Pappadeux's Cedar Plank Salmon

Crown Burgers! How could I forget.
They really need to add grilled cheese from Jakes Brookside!
And if you want to get serious about tiger's blood you need to get a tigers blood glacier at taco Amigo. make sure they mix it

Utah scones. No one else in the world eats scones the way they do in Utah. Deep fried bread dough with cinnamon sugar, jam, or honey. YUM!
Just had my first Iceberg shake this weekend. Fab– following the shake I saw the cover of Salt Lake mag with it on the cover. ha!!
