My good friend Ashley just turned 30, so last night we had a surprise dinner for her at Porcupine Grill. It was a lot of fun seeing all these girlies. Welcome to the club Ash! It’s a great club, but once February hits, I’m joining a new club, The 29…again Club.

I love her hair. You posted about her and a baby shower she gave you and I thought she had the cutest hair. May have to copy it?

p.s. 30 is NOT old! My favorite year ever was age 33 (34 was tough) but 33 was the best! So, what I’m trying to say is don’t stay 29 – there is great stuff ahead!

Featured Bottom Left

This is a widgeted area which is called Featured Bottom Left. It is using the Genesis - Featured Posts widget to display what you see on the Family Tree child theme demo site. To get started, log into your WordPress dashboard, and then go to the Appearance > Widgets screen. There you can drag the Genesis - Featured Posts widget into the Featured Bottom widget area on the right hand side. To get the image to display, simply upload an image through the media uploader on the edit page screen and publish your page. The Featured Posts widget will know to display the post image as long as you select that option in the widget interface.
