To a Movie Clip Party!

For years my family has gotten together for a movie clip party and it is so much fun! It is so fun to be surprised by what each person has chosen for their 10 minute or less clip. I have decided to have the party right here since we can’t all get together. Your clip can be funny, romantic, adventure, or drama…or what ever you want.
Okay, I’ll go first. Here are a few of my favorite movie clips.
1. First Up: Bandits- This movie is a classic, full of great one liners. Here is a favorite scene of mine. Nothing like a little Bonnie Tyler “I Need A Hero”(she’s not my cousin)to spice things up a bit in the kitchen.

2. Next Up: Jerry Maguire- Such a great movie! This scene although so simple just makes you love Tom, his smile, that laugh…pre couch jumping Tom of course. 
3. The Notebook – One of the best kisses on the big screen (in my humble opinion).
4. Steel Magnolias – A classic chick flick has to be included. I love this scene cuz it makes you want to cry and laugh all at the same time.

Oh my goodness, I love this idea! I loved watching these clips and now I have to rack my brain for my own picks. Hmmmm.

P.S. The Steel Magnolias clip did make me cry and laugh just now, even though I’ve seen it at least a dozen times.
Okay, Kami, I know that we can be movie buddies… those were on my faves list too… and for 101st time, I cried on the last one again, then laughed.

I love Bandits, and I can’t watch all of Steel Magnolias because it rips my heart out, but I LOVE Sally Fields’ line there about wanting to hit something, and they tell her to hit her friend. That always makes me crack up!
