that most Americans don’t read a book a year? Crazy, I know! I almost fit into that catergory this year until now…thank heavens for Miss Meyer. Well I know y’all feel like this is old news, so I won’t bore you with a lengthy review, I’ll just say that it wasn’t my favorite of the four and that I want my next vacation to be just like Edward and Bella’s honeymoon. Now back to more important reading…like all your blogs.

Amen. To the honeymoon and not my favorite book part.
I have some good stuff for you to read! I will send it on down
i don’t even know if the rbc has read a book in the past FIVE years–bad, huh? he just doesn’t go there.
i want my second honeymoon to be like theirs. all it is gonna take is my own multi-million dollar private island and some cold hard cash. maybe we could go in on it together?
I got sucked into these books too. I am just starting the third. Can’t wait to see what the honeymoon is all about!
I second that motion.
Wow, did you want to break some beds and get…..knocked up?
My honeymoon was a little like thiers. An island off the coast of Rio, private beaches, etc. (Minus the insane ripping of pillows and headboards of course.) It can be done!
I hear you on the book. Not my fav of the four. But, I’m glad I read them. These books really sparked a desire for me to read again.
I’m almost finished with the 4th book and so far I’ve liked it. I’ve enjoyed Stephanie Meyer’s unique writing ability and the way she tells the story.
I hope she continues to write more wonderful books.
I am so proud of you!!! Keep up with the reading. Let me know if you need any suggetions.
I can’t imagine going a whole year without reading a book. How sad. Glad you had a chance to read it, hopefully the enxt book you read you will love.
Yeah – not my fav of the four. I think 1 or 3 would be my fav.
I love to read books and I have to say this book was the worst and most disappointing! Way to weird! It wish she would have stopped at book 3.
Aiden is getting so big-he is so cute!!
If you ever talk to Jenn tell her I said HI!!
I have to admit that I didn’t read hardly at all until last year. It started with the Twilight series.. of course.. but then I remembered that I really did like to read. I think I just got a bad taste in my mouth for it through high school and college cause I had to read books I didn’t really want to. Now I pick books that I know will be enjoyable to me and I’m addicted!
you might think this is a weird comment, but i used to teach classes at a beauty school, and in professional development classes i would talk to them about how they should stay educated and read books and keep up on current events, etc. I would go through several questions with them like “If you sat down to lunch with the Pope, Oprah and the President, would you feel like you could carry on an intelligent conversation with them?” I would also ask when the last time they read a book- any book- was, and other than the few who were ‘readers’, most of the others never read! It never stopped surprising me…
I frackin hated it – but I think you already knew that. I must admit that the first 12 chapters of Midnight Sun have MORE than made up for it though. I forgive Stephenie
